Scheduling Policies
Pre-appointment details
Allow access to a hose line and an electrical outlet. Without these accessible we are unable to perform our services and must reschedule at another time.
Cancellation policies
Any cancellations must be done 12 hours before the scheduled time. All cancellations outside the grace period will be subject to a $20 cancellation fee. If the weather is non-permitting, (i.e., Rain, Snow, Temperatures below 35°) must be rescheduled without a fee.
Payment policies
To process payment a credit card is required to be on file. We can accept cash on site but a card is still required to be on file. For card users payment will be processed after the appointment, will show up on bank account within 2 hours.
